You will have time at the beginning of your appointment to discuss with the massage therapist any specific pain points and your preference of pressure applied during the service.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

This massage focuses on deep tissue work to relieve pain in specific areas and reduce stress. Therapeutic massage utlizes deeper pressure to break up adhesions (knots) and scar tissue and increase blood circulation. To ensure you're comfortable and receiving the best service possible, communication with the massage therapist about pressure and target points is important.
PREGNANCY MASSAGE

Massage therapy is a safe, healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness during the different stages of pregnancy. Prenatal massage therapy can help reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches, and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health. The massage is given while laying on your side and our therapist will provide communication throughout the service to ensure comfortability.

HOT STONE
- heated massage stones are used to help relax the body, eases muscle tension, provide pain relief, and improve blood flow.

CUPPING
- an ancient Chinese therapy that uses suction or vacuum therapy to get deep into the muscles to ease pain and work out issues. Helps increase blood circulation, relieves muscle tension, helps form new connective tissue and creates new blood vessels.

HYDRATING FOOT TREATMENT
- feet are generously treated with shea lotion, wrapped to seal, and then surrounded with a hot towel.
